Useful details to include
For a product issue, include the page, instrument and approximate time. A screenshot helps explain the behaviour. For an access or privacy request, write from the email associated with your beta registration where possible.
Keep credentials private
Do not send passwords, recovery codes or exchange API secrets. If a key may be compromised, revoke it at the exchange first. Support correspondence is not an order channel.
Request access
Use the beta signup form to register interest. Invitations are offered in stages while testing continues. Private automation and worker subscriptions remain planned products.
